Domestic terms

Net 30 days, FOB. Customers without credit approval must pay by pro forma Invoice, or agreed credit card.

International terms

Full payment in advance unless agreed with Microlab RF Ltd. Customers are responsible for freight charges, customs clearance and any applicable tax.

Our warranty

Microlab RF Ltd, guarantee all our products to be free from defects for one year after date of purchase. Any component found faulty after normal use will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Copies of our terms and conditions are available here (pdf).

Microlab RF Ltd will not be held responsible for consequential loss or installation charges.

Shipping

Products are shipped by our couriers unless otherwise agreed.

Certificate of conformance

Microlab RF Ltd will issue a certificate of conformance with each shipment of product.

Cancellation

Orders, once placed, may not be cancelled after five days without incurring charges.
